The
Manor Hotel is the perfect wedding venue for a Dorset
country wedding, with a choice of elegantly proportioned
public rooms for the reception and 13 individually
designed bedrooms to accommodate up to 25 wedding
guests and additional overspill accommodation is available
in the village. Our Restaurant can seat up to 65 guests
and for larger numbers, a marquee can be erected in
the private Walled Garden for up to 90 guests.

We trust the following will be of help to you when
planning the day.
Your first step is to contact the Superintendent
Registrar Heather Downie on 01305 225153 to arrange
the civil ceremony. Payment for the ceremony is directly
to the registrar.
After the ceremony the spectacular setting of The
Manor comes into its own. The natural beauty surrounding
the venue is truly a photographer's dream.
Sometimes a marquee is required. The marquee holds
90 guests for the wedding breakfast plus a further
60 guests for the evening function. Hire charges are
from around £900.00 upwards.
If you are considering having a weekend wedding with
a marquee you are required to book the entire hotel
for two nights. This really makes the venue special
as you will have your own manor house for the weekend.
Menu prices vary but to give you an idea a mid priced
three course wedding breakfast with a local roast
as the main course would be around £38.00 per
head. Your choice of menu and wines can be discussed
at your first meeting with Gemma Saisi the wedding
co ordinator. To avoid disappointment do remember
to make an appointment, she will not be able to see
you if arrive without one.
